Workflow Forge LLC is a business registered in North Carolina, United States, providing AI automation and web design services. This policy covers this informational website and inquiries you send to us about our services.

Client projects may involve different information, systems, and providers. Those arrangements are addressed separately in the relevant service agreement and, where appropriate, a data-processing agreement. This policy does not replace those agreements.

Information involved

• Inquiries you choose to send. When you use our inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, optional business name, service interest, and project description. We also receive information you choose to send by email or telephone. An email or phone link opens your own application.
• Technical information. Hosting and delivery providers receive information needed to respond to web requests, such as an IP address, browser information, request time, and requested page or file. They may keep operational and security logs.
• Your notice preference. When you dismiss our cookie notice, a session-storage entry remembers that choice in your browser. It contains no name, email address, or advertising identifier.

This website has no checkout, newsletter signup, visitor uploads, or interactive AI chatbot. Inquiry submissions are stored privately on our hosting server and retrieved by our local assistant for review and preparation of a suggested reply. No reply is sent automatically. Please do not email passwords, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive records. Ask us to arrange an appropriate channel if your project requires them.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss your needs, prepare proposed work, and manage our business relationship. Technical information supports page delivery, troubleshooting, security, and abuse prevention. Records may also be needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.

Service providers and disclosures

This website is hosted by Hostinger. Hosting, delivery, security, and communications providers process information as part of delivering the website or handling your correspondence. Visitors do not need an account to browse this website.

We do not sell inquiry information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or security, to professional advisers when necessary, or at your direction.

Workflow Forge has not added analytics tools, advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or social-media tracking embeds. Fonts, images, and videos are served from this website. Watching the videos does not load a YouTube, Vimeo, or Higgsfield player.

Our site does not use information for cross-site advertising, including when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Provider-operated services are subject to their own settings and policies. Read the cookie notice for storage details and controls.

Retention and security

The website inquiry queue removes records older than 30 days during its routine checks. Copies retrieved into our private assistant inbox, and any related email or client records, are retained for as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, resulting work, relevant legal recordkeeping, or resolving disputes. The applicable period depends on the record and purpose; hosting providers control retention of their own operational records. You can contact us to ask about records associated with your inquiry or request deletion.

No website, email system, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in an inquiry. If you believe information sent to us has been exposed or misused, contact us promptly.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose not to contact us, limit what you include in an inquiry, and manage browser storage. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your inquiry, or to raise a privacy concern, email misael@workflowforgesystems.com. We may need proportionate information to verify the request and will handle it in accordance with applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons.

Rights and remedies depend on where you live and which laws apply. Nothing here limits those rights. You may also contact your relevant regulator, including the North Carolina Department of Justice.

Visitors outside the United States and children

Workflow Forge operates in the United States. Communications and hosting providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, which may have different privacy protections. This is a business-services website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.
