A personal approach to business technology.

Who we are

Workflow Forge LLC helps small and mid-market businesses turn everyday challenges into smarter workflows and clearer websites. Our services focus on AI automation and custom web design. We support conversations with businesses in construction, manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, nonprofits and other industries.

The company is registered in North Carolina, United States, and discusses projects remotely with businesses in the United States. Our public website is workflowforge.tech. We continue to use workflowforgesystems.com for business email; that domain also redirects visitors to this website.

Meet Misael de la Cruz

Misael de la Cruz is Workflow Forge's Founder & Solutions Architect. The founder-led approach starts with a direct conversation about the business: what customers need, where the daily work gets complicated and what a more useful system would do.

We explain the proposed technology in practical terms and keep the business owner involved in the decisions. A useful result might be a clearer path from a website visit to an inquiry, or fewer repeated steps between the tools a team already uses. The scope comes from the problem, rather than from a long list of AI features.

Discover. Build. Evolve.

Discover means understanding your goals, current tools, information and decision points. Build means implementing the agreed website or workflow and showing how it works. Evolve means discussing the updates and support needed as your business changes.

Each project needs a clear scope and a realistic review process. We do not publish fixed package prices or universal delivery promises. Project-specific access, owner approvals, provider usage and ongoing support are discussed before the work is agreed.

Talk about the work you want to improve

Start with a description of your business and one thing that could work better. If you have a website, share its address. For automation, explain the task and the tools involved. Please do not include passwords or sensitive records in an initial inquiry.
