A website should help customers take the next step

Your website needs to explain what you do, who you help and how someone can contact you. Visual design supports that job. A customer should be able to understand your services, find a relevant answer and send a request from a phone without navigating a complicated interface.

Workflow Forge builds custom business websites with responsive layouts and a contact journey shaped around your needs. We discuss your audience, service information, branding and the action you want a visitor to take before deciding how the pages should look.

What can be included in a website project?

The final deliverables are agreed in your proposal. A focused business website can include the following elements, with more complex features discussed separately.

  • Page structure and custom design that reflect your business and brand.
  • Responsive desktop and mobile layouts with clear navigation.
  • Service information, business details and a useful inquiry form or contact path.
  • Page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs and a sitemap for public pages.
  • A hosted draft and a defined review process before publishing.
  • Deployment and agreed website updates or maintenance after launch.

Review the draft before it becomes your live website

A website project can include a private client review workspace. Instead of sending a localhost address that only works on a developer's computer, we share a hosted preview through the agreed access process. You can inspect the draft in your browser and check how it looks on desktop and mobile.

Feedback should stay tied to the version you reviewed. Clear notes about the page, section and requested change reduce confusion during revisions. We agree the review milestones and the final publishing decision as part of the project rather than assuming that a preview is already approved.

Domains, hosting and the launch

A domain and website hosting are separate parts of the setup. We review where your domain is managed, where the website will run and whether the same domain is used for business email. Web changes should preserve the existing mail records and account settings unless an email migration is separately agreed.

Before launch, the agreed checks should cover important links, mobile usability, inquiry delivery and HTTPS. Search engines decide whether and when to index a page. Clear public content and technical setup support discovery, but no provider can guarantee a particular position in Google or an AI recommendation.

What happens after launch?

Support can include updates to text, service information, images and agreed website functions. Hosting, maintenance, content editing and new development are different responsibilities, so the proposal should make those boundaries clear. If you want to edit content yourself, we discuss an appropriate editor as a scoped part of the build.

Bring your existing website or domain, logo, service list and any approved photos or written content to the first conversation. Tell us which features are essential and which can wait. A clear first release is easier to review and maintain than a site that tries to do everything at once.
